Question of the Week: How do I search Google.com when my browser defaults to .com.au, and what does Google.com.au do when i select pages from Australia?
Go to www.google.com.au and then bottom right select Go to Google.com. When you are searching on www.google.com.au and you select pages from Australia, Google displays results of sites that are physically hosted in Australia or have an .au domain.
